Bell Wilson Law Firm

Excellence Beyond Boundaries: Soaring Toward Justice

Peyton Bell

Peyton Bell is dedicated to helping people who have been injured and need support. He understands the weight of responsibility in assisting those who are harmed and works tirelessly to secure the financial compensation his clients require.

During his time in Law School, Peyton engaged in various legal pursuits. He served as a legal extern for Western Judicial Circuit Superior Court Judge Lawton E. Stephens, participated actively on the Georgia Law Mock Trial Team, and dedicated himself as a research assistant to multiple professors. Additionally, Peyton assumed the role of President of the University of Georgia’s Graduate Student Association. His exceptional contributions and character were recognized through the annual William King Meadow Award, which celebrates the law graduate who embodies integrity, responsibility, and the high standards of the legal profession, coupled with the invaluable trait of humor essential for approaching legal challenges with a balanced human perspective.

Peyton launched his legal journey at an esteemed insurance defense firm, honing his skills in representing defendants on behalf of insurance companies. This distinctive foundation equips Peyton with a significant edge in advocating for injured clients, enabling him to foresee and effectively counter the strategies employed by opposing counsel in defense of a case.

Prior to establishing his own firm, Peyton gained extensive experience at a specialized plaintiff’s firm. This firm concentrated on handling cases involving catastrophic injuries and fatalities, spanning a wide range of legal matters such as auto product liability, defective medical devices, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligent security, and intentional torts. After managing his own firm for a while, Peyton is now thrilled to join forces with his longtime friend and colleague, Matthew Wilson, in their ongoing commitment to advocate for the rights of those injured every day.

Peyton is an Augusta native and active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, State Bar of Georgia, American Association for Justice, and a graduate of the University of Georgia Law School.
